All,

As you undoubtedly have noticed, a lot of the posts have disappeared recently. This was due to a change in the board configuration which automatically prunes topics which has not been replied to in 20 days. The server davidweber.net resides on is currently not as stable as would be preferred, so changing this setting was in hopes of reducing the overhead of running the website. We hope to get this sorted out soon, so please bear with us. Thanks.

Thank you for the update.

We get more than what we pay for anyway. IMO anyway.:-)

Bottom line is that we all need to go out and buy anohter David Weber books so he has cash flow to pay the weber server for this board.

Well, since you are such a prolific poster, maybe you should buy double copies? =)

Better yet. Buy the 2nd copy and donate to the local library. I go to the library and don't see enough Weber books on the shelf.

=)

Donate the entire series. Nothing more aggravating than only being able to read book number 3 or 5 in a series. Always send double copies of the first book to get the reader hooked. If they like it they will then be far more willing to search for later works.

I'll have you know I bought his latest book from Tor (LOL), and while I'll not give away anything, it was good with a VERY surprising ending.
