Uniforms are earned. With the very specific exception of acting (including historic reenactment). Want a woman with Grand Crosses and flag insignia? Commission.

Sorry, pet peeve of mine. It does include cammo t-shirts for toddlers and such.

Also, the lady in the linked picture is too white to be Honor.

Likely. Too nuanced for me. I'm the guy who didn't realize princess Miriamelle's hair color until the very end of the saga (Memory, Sorrow & Thorn), and then only because the narrator insisted. I don't "see" characters.
