Lame. What you need are multiple frigates crewed by treecats (no need for comms - they can communicate telepathically between ships), armed with grav lances and Apollo, and carrying a company of Medusans wearing power armor and carrying tribarrels as light weapons.

If you're going to cram things much too large for a frigate into a frigate, why not use your miniaturization device to cram them into a LAC instead?

Having Treecats crew the Frigates armed with gravity lance is a great idea but powered armor for Medusans would be much to large to cram into a Frigate.

How about powered armor for Hamster Marines?

Well, if skimper can cram heavy cruisers inside a merchie-shipyard, then I figured I could cram in some Medusans.

The treecats might communicate telepathically within their ship, but their range is probably too short unless ships with wedges down are nestled cheek to cheek ;)

Well, what about hamsters in combat armor carrying grav lances launched in a boarding torpedo by a Frigate.

Better yet, let's make that lots of boarding torpedoes guided by Apollo.

You know, if we equip the frigate with a keyhole system we'd just about have the perfect weapons system.

Personally, the though of powered armored Hamster Marines equipped with grav lances in almost too terrifying to contemplate. I'm sure any foe confronted with such an overpowering force would simply strike their wedges and surrender immediately.

Oh the horror of it all.

A captured Solarian SD refitted using Medusan labor in a merchant shipyard to fire treecat-crewed Frigates which are armed with grav lances and guided by Apollo.
