Spoke with a nurse yesterday – she said there are cases of people going into seizures & nearly breaking their own neck twisting their head – so it is likely possible (if your healthy enough) to break your own spine with your own neck muscles – is that what happened to Vice Admiral Yountz? Did the nano’s force his head around? How painful & horrifying would that be (not as horrifying as watching your own hand put a gun in your mouth! But more painful).
