Actually, I have read CoG and it was very good. But I still want to know about that wormhole . Lol.

I want to know what Rachel Mayhew is up to! Presumably she's close to finishing her time at Saganami Island... could we perhaps get a "Miss Midshipwoman Mayhew" story soon??

On that note, I'm waiting for some Raoul & Katherine hijinks pretty soon... (though hopefully not of the Wesley Crusher variety...)

Did the Francis Mueller survive the OOB in Yeltsin? If so, are they going to see any action? I would love to see the underdogs come out on top even just for a moment before they're back to the backend of nowhere.

Some more knowledge I'd love to know: do we have any real idea how large the SLN is? We've heard the numbers on SDs (2000 active-duty and 8000 reserve) although the active-duty ones have been whittled down a bit and the Mandarins explicitly state that they don't have the money to activate the reserve (which are just floating deathtraps).
With the commerce raiding proposal, the number of their smaller units becomes more important. We have no idea how many there are in the SLN proper not to mention any of the larger SDFs. Will those SDFs even help the SLN out or just stay in their own system and not provoke the GA? I just want to know whether the GA should really be nervous about the idea of having their commerce attacked. *~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*

Ok, Lacoon Two. Art. I understand the seizing of the Solarian terminus. I don't understand how it was so easy. The SLN has so many ships. I would think that the number of forts, mines etc would eclipse even Manticore. After all, it seems a terminus is a strategic military objective. Especially since there were so few in the league. I know that in the end it wouldn't have mattered, but still. Where were the endless sea of mines, pods, forts, etc?
The way it went down, it seemed like Warnicke and his band could have taken it. I'm just being facetious, but still. Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense |

There is apparently some sort of treaty (which maticore has not signed) that you couldn't fortify WH.

Thanks so much for that tidbit. I knew something was off. But answers create questions. Why the hell would someone want to propose something so assinine unless you are a small navy. Unless it was the Leagues way of guaranteeing access to other terminus. Is that stated in a particular book or somewhere in the pearls? Son, your mother says I have to hang you. I assumed Rachel was already out of Saganami island. That we just haven't heard anything yet. Isn't the first time I missed something. Son, your mother says I have to hang you.
