One of my favorites is MAlign, with the first two letters capitalized. It stands for Mesan Alignment, and also spells out "malign."

"Necroing" or "Necro posting" isn't a term specific to this forum, it is a general internet forum term. It is used here, but seldom, if ever, discussed here.

It's a termed coined on some forum on internet a long time ago.

It basically means to revive a very old thread (ie. a dead one) by making a new post in it. The term is mostly used disparagingly to indicate some displeasure of the revivification of the dead thread.

The etymology is from necromancy.

I would not be surprised if there is someone out there on the internet who gets excited by humping a dead thread.
