As well as the current rulers/heads of state and government of any number of minor members of the Manticoran Alliance.

Plus, you guys left out one very important ruler, whose father and stepmom are on VERY good terms with Honor.

Ya beat me to the punch on this one, however I'll just add that she dressed the WDB down and its premiere Admiral, as a mere commander?

Allowed the premiere "Spook" of the Navy in which her Star Kingdom was formally at war to come aboard her ship (and depart) and pretty much told her Prime Minister where to go if he didn't like it. Sally's got balls.
