I think a few people in the Talbott quadrant should be assigned treecat bodyguards. I think that Estelle and Augustus would be probably two of the most likely people to be assigned treecat bodyguards.

By which I mean I want to know if anyone in the Talbott Quadrant gets treecat bodyguards.

...by which I mean I want to know if Estelle Matsuko and Augustus Khumalo get treecat bodyguards.

And I want to know what their treecat names are.

Basically I need my darlings and treecats.

I'm glad someone else thinks so! I wasn't sure if my feelings for them were clouding the issue, or if I was really justified in thinking that Estelle and Augustus were prime candidates to be 'catted.

Even more than Estelle and Augustus, I'd 'cat Bernardus, Joachim, etc.

...'cat.

...Bernardus.

......I think I just added another one to "potential 'cat adoptees".

Steve Westman. He was an unwitting point of contact with Mesa, and got awful pissed when he found out. They may consider him a "loose end". Plus, he's the sort of simple and direct personality treecats could relate to.

The only problem with a lot of the Talbotters getting 'cats is that many of them haven't received prolong. I know the 'cats are still willing to make that sacrifice but it is something to consider.

That doesn't matter for 'cat bodyguarding, though - only for adoption bonds. And 'cat bodyguards or no, I think it'll be awhile before enough of them get out to Talbott to start adopting Talbotters.

Whoops, I thought people were talking about possible Talbott adoptions.

Of which, I am sure, there will be a few. :D I think Haven and Talbott are next on the list of star nations 'cats will be adopting from, given recent events.

(Not that I would mind Augustus and Estelle getting adopted, mind you....)

Steve Westman has Prolong - second generation, I think. Just in case.
