I haven't read through the whole post so this may be redundant, but I've always wanted to see what happened to the world's re-taken by haven during operation thunderbolt.
I mean I know they got to have plebiscites eventually and many went there own ways, but given havens history with occupied world's a lot of people are not going to believe any assurances of good treatment given to then.
Seems like a good bed for some a short story at least.
