You forgot to list The Excalibur Alternative, which was a fun read. :D

I didn't forget it, I ran out of room. The opinion poll only allows for ten questions. The Excalibur Alternative would have been number 11.

How does one pick a favorite? Can't I just have a 4 way tie?

Honorverse, followed VERY closely by Path of the Fury (which trails mostly just because there's not nearly as much to sink your teeth into). Starfire gets a spot on the podium, too.

FWIW, the Safehold books just don't work for me. Not saying they're bad (RFC's too skilled an author to write bad stories)...just can't get into 'em.

What surprises me is the number of series that people have read, not the fact that some people don't like one or another of them. There is also the fact that so many people have a hard time deciding on which is their favorite series.

I finally voted and picked Honorverse. Safehold and Multiverse are close behind, though.

At least 3 of the "series" are a single book, this seems odd.

Perhaps I should have said stories, rather than series, but at least a few people want all of these single story books turned into series. I have no problem with that as long as he finishes up a couple of series he has going now.

It took me a while to get into Safehold as well. They still aren't one of my favorite series. It is just that David writes so much better than most, that I read them anyway.

It would be nice if those who were willing would go to

User Control Panel > Profile > Edit Profile

and add their location to their sign in.

It would be nice also if the newcomers voted for their age in either/or both of the series that they read.
