Katherine is the "spare" to White Haven. Raoul is first in line to all three titles. The child Honor is carrying at the end of UH is Emily's, not hers, so is in line (second spare) only for White Haven. Harrington still needs a spare of Honor's body. Right now, the Harrington spare is Allison's second daughter.

Maybe to all three. Hell, probably.

But there could be funny entailment laws in Manticore that have never been mentioned that could murky the waters.

Quit making my head hurt!! Just stop it. Honor is sufficiently honorable that she will make it quite sufficiently known that child #3 is not hr biological child. The Crown, the Keys, The Chuch of Humanity Unchained, and the Tester Herself can do with it whatever they must.

Nobody (aka His Celeriness Himself) has shut the door on Honor and Hamish having another child. Yes this one is not hers there is no saying she won't have another one.

Honor's body is still warm and the vultures are circling waiting to divvy up the spoils.
