Military Impersonating Civilians

Virtually every military on earth has the special forces capability in one fashion or another. One of the main reasons for the existence of the US Army Green Berets is to train and lead guerrillas in an occupied country. Basically what is happening is that Torch is sending instructors to train and lead the local forces. The Allies did it in France during WW2, the Americans did it in Vietnam, Afghanistan and Syria.


The fact that local civilian police forces get involved has not bearing on what category the Torch forces will fall under.

We could make an argument that all genetic slaves and seccies are given an automatic Torch citizenship so wherever there are slaves and seccies pressed or under attack there is an obligation for torch to send any help available.
