Found it. It's on the Erewhon / Congo Area Map. Spelled Sasebo on the original and Sagebo on the cleaned version. it's marked as 859 ly.

It's apparently the same as Joshua.

I'm not so sure anymore. You have the later map from Tales of Honor saying Joshua and it's placed NE of Sol and then the Tales of Honor preview showing a bridge to a system east of Sol.

Is tales of Honor considered canon for the novels ?
I know himself said there were differences.
