What I expect that this mostly means is that there will be an official anti-harassment policy - which will be enforced. Those are becoming fairly common these days in certain circles. I haven't looked at the Honorcon schedule, but if there's anything more I'd be very surprised. Anything like a presentation is easily ignorable - it's a good excuse to do something else.

I did attend this year, and there were certainly a lot of people from the TRMN who were in one uniform or another. Of course they're the ones putting on the Con; so in many ways it was a way to identify someone likely to be able to help (provide directions, etc) even if they were actively working as volunteers at that time.

I didn't notice any "SJWs"...


There wasn't a lot of tidbits about upcoming Honorverse material, though RFC dropped a bit about Gustov Andermandi in a panel on Manticore Ascendant.
