We know that they are going to send an advanced team to help for when they later on take on an invasion of the planet.
Lajos Irvine the guy that spoted our spying duo in the cafe, and ruined the project to get jack mcbride out as well. It is planned to bring him in to the alignment fully. ANd our spies saw this guy, they knocked him out, so if they meet him agains, they will either deal with him or ask him some questions. Which could potentially lead to darius, felix and alsorts of stuff. |

I don't think you have read CoG to its conclusion, so SPOILER. .Lajos was captured, interrogated by Victor, and died when his medical implant was triggered (by Lajos attempting to start to tell Victor the truth about the Mesan Alignment) to prevent Lajos from passing on any information about the Alignment. END SPOILER. -------------------------------------------------------------

I wonder if that FIREBRAND guy could get caught, he himself knows about the alignment, who knows what else he has aquired. Also, if he can be taken to a warship to be interogated, he might survive any precationary traps installed.
